Same experience as everyone else is posting. It is impossible to cancel the $39.99 membership. They do not allow you to cancel online and give you a phone number to call but the wait times are ridiculous. This is a terrible business practice and I find it shady and dishonest. The stores are also run very poorly which is why I want to cancel the membership.

I purchased $8 worth of gels for running from Road Runner Sports. A few weeks later I had a $59.99 charge on my credit card. I thought it was fraudulent and called my credit card to dispute. It was some sort of *** membership recurring charge that I did not authorize while I was in the store buying my gels. I didnt receive any sort of email or any other correspondence about this membership from Road Runner Sports. Road Runner Sports makes it very difficult to cancel membership. The only way to do so is to call the company using an (855) non toll-free number (you cannot cancel membership on their website). The phone wait time is very long and there is no indication of where you are in the phone queue. This business practice strikes me as dishonest since the company does not inform customers in advance that membership cannot be canceled online.

They have got my order wrong. Every. Time. The website charged me multiple times after it said the order was not processed. Yes they have rewards but its not worth it. Ordered shoes on 6/8/21 . Still havent heard if I am getting my shoes. Not worth it.

Road Runner Sports signs people up for the ******************* without the individual knowing. They then will charge a $39.99 recurring fee on your credit card. I never signed up for the *********** and should not have been charged. If someone isn't paying attention, they will get charged annually and might not notice. I have been a client for a long time and used to love the Bellevue location, and I'm a VIP member with Road Runner Sports. I visited the Bellevue store on June 1, 2021, with my wife and needed help with shoes, and we informed the customer service representative of her unique condition where one foot is a size and a half larger than the other. This company has very bad business practices. They charged me and countless others $39.99 for a VIP membership that I did not authorize. How in the world is this ok? They are crooks. Buyer beware. Don't buy anything from this company!!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes for $146. That is a substantial amount for my account, but I needed them for work. During the delivery. A hurricane hit my area (Florida) and I did not receive the product. After a week I called customer service for a resolution. I fully expected a quality experience from this company that I was a VIP member of. Roadrunner sport company is so unprofessional and it might be a fraud company . As a first time buyer I tried to order online which I could not add my shipping address and called placed my order giving my credit card information for payment they had two pending charges from one purchase on my credit and and after three days send an email saying my order is canceled but trying to charge my card.
