Do not trust their returns policy. Even if you request a return shipping label within ********************************************************** my case, for HALF the amount the shoes cost.They were worn one time.

I was a customer for 15 years. They used to sell quality merchandise at good prices, this is no longer the case. They're like a worse version of big sports stores in that they don't carry very many goods and charge ridiculous amounts for what they do carry.You pay a large sum of $ for membership to have access to "fast free shipping"...this takes a week, and I just received a package in the rain, in my alleyway, on trash night, that was stolen/trashed before it could be retrieved.This was after another order of a simple pair... read more

I purchased a one-time gift card in 2019. I gave NO authorization to hold my credit card on file, yet they did, and charged me for a membership fee of $59.99. Nothing was signed. I would NEVER agree to a membership. It was refunded after numerous attempts. In 2022, I purchased a gift card again and EXPLICITLY asked for them to NOT hold my credit card on file for anything. Their VIP club is pushed, some membership. Avoid, it is nearly impossible to cancel. I was offered some deal, VIP membership giving discount on shoes allegedly worth it one time purchase. Reluctantly I accepted after telling them many times I don't want any auto renewal. Here I am getting charged again three years later I haven't been back to the store all that time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a pair of Sauconys. Wore them only in the house a handful of times and returned them to the site well within the eligible time frame. They were sent back to me, and I was denied my refund.

I wish I could have given a "no star" rating.This has nothing to do with the store itself, BUT the annual VIP membership fee and cancelation.I canceled my membership back in 2016. Yet I have been getting yearly "increasing$" charges to my credit card. I even went to the extent to change my credit card number though somehow Road Runner Sports was still able to charge on my new number even though I have not been set foot into the store since 2016. Scam! Scam! Scam!Bogus VIP membership they charge you $39.99 for, 5 or 6 months after your initial purchase.Sit on the phone for ever, trying to get it cancelled. Complete scam, and deceptive marketing practices.They should be shut down, or legal action taken.

Horrible customer service when I tried to return a pair of Hokas that had the rubber inserts on the sole separating after 3 weeks of walking. Never ordering from this company again.

Wow, this was the worst. Deceptive business practices. Returned (on my own dime) shoes that were two small, and they were sent back to me. I had to call customer service and they said shoes had been worn (they were not) and the only way I could return is if I payed for VIP membership. CS agent confirmed they would send/email me a return slip and I had him confirm 3 TIMES that a refund would be applied. Two weeks later nothing, and I went online with a follow up request.
