I had a great experience at Road Runner Sports in Carlsbad. I had the pleasure of working with Dwayne to find some exceptional running shoes. I went through their Fit Finder process and he provided with me the opportunity to try a few different shoes and run with them on the treadmill before deciding on a pair. I consistently buy my running shoes and accessories from Road Runner Sports. Their staff always goes above and beyond and really make the shopping experience an ease. They do not rush you through but you still do not have to wait long for a representative. They take their time and ensure you are happy with your shoe choice. Having treadmills and other tech on site to test the shoes is a plus! Their return/swap policy is great as well as their membership program. Came to buy my first pair of running shoes and the experience was incredible! Katie helped me out and was an absolute joy. We did the foot scan, custom insoles, listened intently to what I wanted/didn't want, and she brought out SO many different shoe options for me to try out on the treadmill, with my custom soles.
