Road Master Driving School is by far the best driving school I have ever attended. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was welcomed with open arms and made to feel like part of a family. For almost 12k the school should be better. It’s really rushed and you don’t get a lot of practice doing maneuvers. A lot of people come back in for testing and they’re use up the time for the new students to practice time in the trucks. The teaching methods are all different. Mr. Sherman is great and I would recommend him to anyone. But for Cornelius the new instructor they’ve hired is absolutely terrible and will just sit there on the phone rather than being hands on and helping. First let me just say, the trainers are doing good and the advisors are wonderful! Especially Miss Tequila!! Miss Cathy is the best as well! But the school manager, Marissa, does not have the heart for this job. She does not listen to student concerns, and it comes off as if it's just a paycheck for her. For some students who do go to her with concerns, they/we have felt as though she uses her position to retaliate against us. She does not have the best interests of the students. Hands down the best driving academy! The administration staff and instructors are absolutely professional. The instructor's ensure fine tuning in areas students struggle the most.
