I called on a Friday morning for an appointment & by early afternoon I had an appointment for later that day for my sick dog. We were fortunate because it was fairly serious. RAH was very helpful to relieve her pain & help her recover. Will go back next week for another assessment.
The most caring Doctors and clean facility. My dog was sick and we had been seeing someone else only because they had a groomer . I tried to get appointment and it would be another week but he had never been sick and we knew he was slipping away.Roanoke Animal Hospital saw him right away .The Doctor sat on the floor with him examined , tests, x-rays, etc. In the end we had to put him to sleep. He was suffering and it’s just not good to selfishly try to keep a pet alive . They were kind and caring.
We first came when our senior dog had to be euthanized. We were treated with utmost respect and they were very caring and supportive. We now have a new Boston Terrier baby, Buckley and he loves the staff and we do also! Dr. Alexa is awesome and attentive. All staff has been very professional and helpful. So glad we found Raonoke Animal Hospital. ❤️🐶
I greatly appreciated them being able to see Pete last minute. The staff were all very friendly and patient. Dr Alexis explained thoroughly the diagnosis and possible outcomes. She also gave more than one treatment option and educated on each. Thank you for treating us with kindness and understanding.
In my opinion, Roanoke Animal Hospital is the best. They are always very pleasant, professional, and on time in seeing my pets. When I’ve gone to other Vets in the area due to an issue my pet is having, I leave with medication that turns out to be a quick fix.. RVH was different. The first thing they did was test a patch of skin to determine the problem. I left with the appropriate medication for clearing up my dog’s issue. My pets absolutely love them! They’re excited to go there and see everyone!
