I have been seeing Jack for 3 years now and he has helped me with my shoulder and knee injuries which has helped me move better for my job and training. Ive recently seen Tash for my lower back and both of their attention to detail has really helped me over come these injuries. Very friendly team and has always welcomed me and made me feel comfortable.
Excellent physio, I had torn my hamstring from the bone and was using a walking stick to become mobile. I am now walking very close to normal, can stand from sitting without using my hands. Hayden has been excellent with his exercise program to get to where I am in under two months. Would certainly recommend this physio to others
Hayden is a gun. Thorough and knows his stuff. Glad I went to him to treat my injury. Would recommend!
I met with Jack from Roar Physiotherapy about a shoulder problem I was having and he gave me some specific exercises to helpe regain mobility and he also advised me on how I can improve my jiu-jitsu through tailored workout routines. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for anything from sports massages to rehabilitation!
Very nice, thoughtful Physiotherapist. It got me to my next decision, to go with Chiropractic, as I realised I needed x-rays to determine what the issue was/is.
