Rob and his team went every extra mile to prepare our financing docs for offers on a new home we purchased in northern Virginia. He worked on his Friday and Saturday nights when we needed to make offers in a hurry (in a very hot market). All the info he and his folks provided was timely, accurate, and thorough. You can't go wrong with this group!

I just purchased my first house and could not be more thankful I had Rob guide me through my least favorite part, the numbers. He was very patient and answered each one of my questions as well as took the time to plan out different scenarios so that I would have a full understanding of my options. We bid on our first (and eventual) home just 24 hours after seeing it, at the behest of the sellers. Rob was available, knowledgeable, and professional in a confusing process with a short timeline. He talked us through our options, never sold unnecessary products, and was always ready to answer questions and move forward on a fast timeline. I'm not sure what else you'd look for in a mortgage originator.
