6 years ago I chose this office to represent my son in a personal injury case. Levine’s office won his claim AFTER I rejected the 1st offer and resupplied the lawyer with photo evidence of my sons injuries. Rob, I have contacted your office on numerous occasions regarding the delay to deposit my sons funds in his trust account. 3 years later and still not deposited is completely UNACCEPTABLE. my last PI lawyer did not communicate with me at all and anytime i had a question i was talked in circles, within a week of bringing my case to Rob Levine and Associates i was and am continuously updated whenever i want to be, and everything is explained to my understanding.

I filled out all the paperwork for disability and went to all my doctor's and got all the stuff I needed everything was good then at the end they sent me a letter saying they didn't do disability anymore. I would have got disability but if they knew they weren't doing anymore claims I would have gotten a different lawyer I thought that was very unprofessional

Mike Im sorry we were unable to continue with your case. We Absolutely still do social security disability cases. We no longer do SSI only cases. The percentage of cases getting approved for SSI is so low and the average case takes two years. It’s just no longer possible.

Hard work the firm puts into claims! The courtesy follow up calls in a timely fashion, and the way the firm lets you know where they are with your case.
