Robby stepped up when the first Mortgage Co messed around for a month before they told us the don't do mortgages on manufactured homes. We currently live in OK and bought this house in KY. Robby was there every step of the way and pushed things so we didn't loose our house. I will encourage encode to call Robby if they need a mortgage!!!!
Robby (and the other Stockton mortgage bankers I know) are awesome. This Particular transaction had A LOT of twists and turns that most lenders would have thrown in the towel on, but thanks to the persistence and tenacity of Robby it reached the finish line. Thank you to all for such hard work!
