Excellent. They started work when they said and finished quicker than I expected and stayed on budget for the estimate given. It looks nice, the area was left clean afterwards, the employees were all courteous and hard working. The materials used were all top grade. Wonderful job. Perfectly. They came when they said they would, worked hard and did a quality job. Everyone was pleasant and courteous throughout the project. New roof; I'm a happy, repeat customer.
Most roofing companies do not want to service small problems. Roberson Roofing advertised that no job was too small for their family-operated business. The estimator arrived a few minutes early. He checked out the roof, and explained the damage, and how it would be repaired. He told me that he would email me an estimate. I received it the next morning. Second time I have used Roberson for roof repair. They are courteous, professional and will take on the "small jobs" that some other companies tend to try to avoid. With this visit, they repaired an area damaged when Hurricane Matthew tore off a satellite dish. While there, they also addressed two additional issues I was not aware of, one with damaged lead boots and another with a ridge vent that had not been installed properly. They're just good folks to work with. Spot repair on roof.
