Rob Bender was very easy to talk to, which made me comfortable enough to open myself up for some true therapy. He is thorough, understanding, polite, respectful, and candid when the situiation dictated that approach. He's what a person in need should look for.
I like that Rob is nonjudgmental, respectful, reliable, and trustworthy. I feel like he validates my feelings, shows genuine interest through eye contact and nonverbal cues like nodding, and asks thoughtful questions that make the listener feel safe, valued, and understood.
Robert Bender is very personable and knowledgeable. He is a very good listener and we have begun to make good progress.
Rob is a always great to talk. He was a great way of centering you and give you tools to calm down and take the foot off the gas. Kind, empathetic and most all helpful. Highly recommended.
