Dr. Kellman and his staff, administration and support, are knowledgeable, respectful and helpful in the surgical services provided to me and a family member. My primary care physician, having prior surgical experience in another country, was highly impressed with the results of the very complex surgery performed. My father had sinus and brain cancer and Dr. Robert Kellman, his team and his nurses, were FANTASTIC !!!University (Upstate) Hospital are TOP-Notch and truly care about their patients !!!Thank you for taking great care of my father !!!
Dr. Kellman, and his nurse, are top-of-the line practitioners. If you have serious head & neck, ENT problems, they are by far the best in a 100+ mile radius. You will NOT find anyone more competent.
Brilliant he may be, but his office staff is poorly trained, condescending, and obnoxious, speaking to a prospective new customer as if they were a slow-witted child. Didn't even ask what my problem was (a severe ear infection). Takes patients by referral only. You cannot simply call for an appointment without your primary care physician seeing you first, authorizing a referral, and forwarding records, even if you're a cash paying patient and don't have to jump through HMO hoops for specialists.
