We would highly recommend Rob Proulx and his West Warwick Team at Home Point Financial. They helped my husband and I through the mortgage process without stress and in a professional manner. Even when issues arose, Rob helped get things resolved quickly and we always felt that he had our best interest at heart. Rob and his team made us feel like one of their family. We are extremely happy with our new home and are thankful to have had Rob and his team on our side.

I would recommend rob to anyone looking to purchase a home . When i met rob i did not qualify for any type of financing due to low credit. He took the time to review my credit and coach me in building my credit and within 4 months i closed on my first home. With the knowledge that he gave me i continued to build my credit and i just recently purchased my second home with his help.
