The doctor was thorough and bad a great bedside manner. I felt well taken care of.
Dr. Robert and Dr Patric and staff were professional and good. It was a long wait however they were extremely busy . The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 starts has nothing to do with Doctors and nursing staff . But the floor needs to be cleaned up. Doctors and staff very pleasant.
As shared yesterday the emergency room experience was horrendous . A 9 hour wait to be placed in outside a room on a gurney to have the doctor tell me I may have a pinched nerve in my neck and waited another 3 hours to see the doctor to give me ibuprofen no X-rays or anything to delve into the root problem seeing I told them I had medical issues that could be the root problem . Dr Riggs was funny and had amazing bedside manner. It was 1am and my husband and I were both tired. Dr Riggs made us laugh and expedited our discharge.
I felt dr. Riggs and his residents did a job taking care of me in the ER. I needed an ENT consult and dr shaheem was excellent as well. There were times when I waited a little longer than I would have liked, but when you’re in an ER setting you have to understand that there are sicker people than you that have to be cared for at times. Overall I would recommend Dr Riggs and the Loyola health care system. They are competent, professional and compassionate.
