First time being there. Was happy with Dr. Townsend he answer as many questions as I gave him, very personable and knowledgeable. Was pleased with my visit!
Everyone was very kind. Dr. Townsend is thorough, a great listener, clear communicator, and empathetic. I have great confidence in his skills.
Dr. Townsend took the time to explain what they will be doing during the surgery and answer the myriad of questions that I and my wife had. It’s a major surgery and I am at peace.
Dr.Townsend is a great surgeon. He did a wonderful job on my back. His bedside manor is outstanding.
This was an incredible visit with both the nurse practitioner and the doctor. They seemed to ask exactly the right questions and a lot of them! Also, I was very comfortable with their answers to my questions.
