Dr.Townsend is a great surgeon. He did a wonderful job on my back. His bedside manor is outstanding.
I was greeted with smiles and great personalities. Dr. Townsend is very warm and sensitive. He listened to everything I had to say and gave recommendations to help me continue to improve.
This was an incredible visit with both the nurse practitioner and the doctor. They seemed to ask exactly the right questions and a lot of them! Also, I was very comfortable with their answers to my questions.
Dr. Townsend took time to carefully explain my condition and what my options are. I felt very comfortable with his recommendations.
I’ve gone thru 30 days of phone call and no one would help me. That all changed when I called Dr. Townsend’s office, Ally Hines immediately made me relax and was so helpful. Everyone at this practice is wonderful.
