Great golf course, pulling in a large parking lot and the pro shop, restaurant & bar are also good sized and tons of clothing options in the pro shop..... Covered bays at the driving range and all stalls have trackman which is absolutely perfect!!!! Good sized range with decent amount of pins to aim at.... I golfed at @Robert Trent Jones Golf Course at Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head Island with my brother and 2 friends on February 21, 2024. What a wonderful (5 star) experience I had at this premier golf course. RTJ is well maintained, very scenic, and challenging for all golfers! The staff made me feel welcome upon arrival to the time we left. Joe, Kevin and Will helped make this a memorable experience for this “Northerner”! Played the other day. Course was absolutely fantastic. A must play when visiting Hilton Head. Kevin and Joe set us up when we arrived and then welcomed us back when we finished. Thank you for treating us like family, you guys are the best. Michelle was a life saver, she always knew when to come around with the beverages. Everyone enjoy the holidays. Looking forward to coming down next year and play your course again Andy and Joe
Played an afternoon round with 3 buddies and a rider. We all had an absolutely fantastic time! Staff were attentive and friendly. Shout out to Roger at the pro shop and Mr Jim Morrison at the bag drop, they were super friendly.
I will start with the staff, excellent! Quick check in, starter was excellent making sure this single was in an enjoyable group. Practice area is quite good. Course is interesting and fun, although "ocean front" maybe a stretch. Conditions were very good and pace of play was also under 4 1/2. The price was a little higher than I think it should be, but not crazy compared to the rest of the Island. I'd like to give it 3.5 stars
