Her interactions with patient have been consistently rude and condescending, with a bedside manner that falls far below professional expectations. Maintaining a respectful and supportive environment is essential in any medical setting, particularly in mental health care. My provider is great. But the electronic billing system has over charged me SEVERAL times! It’s a constant issue with me . If it was ran by a human I think maybe the issues wouldn’t be so constant. Getting refunded takes quite some time as well. They take money when none is due , and don’t hold to payment agreements. Frustrating
My experience was incredibly good, dr. Gordin Was incredibly professional, she knew what she was talking about, and I felt very at ease explaining my situation to her, look forward to picking up the medication, and hopefully to get back on the right track in life, I thoroughly recommend This procedure for anybody. Horrible medical practice. She doesn’t let you finish your sentences, talks over you, and when you ask if you can please finish a sentence, she ends the call. Totally unprofessional, unacceptable, unbelievable behavior. Best believe beyond this review, the manager is getting called at HQ!
