Her interactions with patient have been consistently rude and condescending, with a bedside manner that falls far below professional expectations. Roberta was amazing. My son’s issues and medication mgmt are pretty complicated. Plus he’s cognitively impaired. It was our initial visit w Roberta and she had read his history, noted all new changes and medical problems and was very empathetic on top of it. Super helpful w recommendations and very efficient and quick! Such a relief.
Dr. Gordin is friendly, always listens to me, and works to ensure the best treatment plan is in place. Before Dr. Gordin, I had been diagnosed with ADHD but after we talked through the symptoms together she suggested I might do better off the meds for ADHD and treat the symptoms differently. I stopped the Vyvanse, and I felt like a new person. My experience was incredibly good, dr. Gordin Was incredibly professional, she knew what she was talking about, and I felt very at ease explaining my situation to her, look forward to picking up the medication, and hopefully to get back on the right track in life, I thoroughly recommend This procedure for anybody. Horrible medical practice. She doesn’t let you finish your sentences, talks over you, and when you ask if you can please finish a sentence, she ends the call. Totally unprofessional, unacceptable, unbelievable behavior. Best believe beyond this review, the manager is getting called at HQ!
