Roberta was amazing. My son’s issues and medication mgmt are pretty complicated. Plus he’s cognitively impaired. It was our initial visit w Roberta and she had read his history, noted all new changes and medical problems and was very empathetic on top of it. Super helpful w recommendations and very efficient and quick! Such a relief.

Dr. Gordin is friendly, always listens to me, and works to ensure the best treatment plan is in place. Before Dr. Gordin, I had been diagnosed with ADHD but after we talked through the symptoms together she suggested I might do better off the meds for ADHD and treat the symptoms differently. I stopped the Vyvanse, and I felt like a new person. 0 stars. She was the worst provider I’ve ever spoken to in my life. She was unprofessional, completely dismissed me when I spoke, her attitude was rude and negative She talked over me and told me that I was “Trying to hide symptoms” after not listening to the ones that I was explaining. I even had prepared paperwork and had my notes to speak with her. I initially sought a Psychiatrist but was placed with a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner instead. Unfortunately, she seemed unprepared and unfamiliar with my case, despite the paperwork I had completed in advance. Her negative attitude and pessimistic outlook on treatment options were disheartening. When I expressed my preference for a psychiatrist, she quickly passed my case off to someone else. horrible all around: bedside manner, punctuality, knowledge, ability to run the virtual session software, communication skills, you name it. Fired unceremoniously one day and swapped out for another provider by the company. Big red flags.
