The service technician was prompt and very helpful. He had the problem figured out and fixed an literally a few minutes. He was very courteous and told us what may have caused the issue and how to prevent it in the future. The cost was more than reasonable and we will be keeping the phone number for future reference.

Roberts called me back promptly when my AC went out. They were quick to get my part and to get it installed. The technician was friendly and courteous. I will definitely use them again.

I called Roberts after having another company come in and quote me over 15k for a whole new system. Matt came in with kindness as I told them of our situation and swiftly got to work. Needless to say we were bamboozled by a large company when Matt was able to assess what needed to be done and give a fair and honest price, as well as helping us understand what our system needed and repaired it.

Was a customer for over 20 years, until he lied about the cost of a part and charged somewhere around 5 times it’s actual cost. He didn’t dispute the lie(in my opinion a lie to be safe and legal), he just said that he had people to pay. If that’s the case that charge should be under the category of “labor.” Have some integrity. Either way, I paid 211 for 10 minutes work and a $15 part.
