It’s too cumbersome, complicated, takes too long, and websites doesn’t always explain things that shouldn’t be difficult.
Scheduling is easy and confirming appt are easy canceling not so much. There needs to be a cancel option also not just confirm things come up.
I told Robin I was not comfortable using a computer to schedule my appointmentsand he personally scheduled me. I appreciate this kind of care
