They are terrible apartments to live in ! They get over on rent if you let them ! They even put rent on my credit that I didn’t owe all because I didn’t resign a lease! they didn’t do their job and blamed me , I even offered to pay my rent until they got my paperwork situated .. they said don’t pay it because my balance was saying zero for several months ! I literally hate these apartments! The whole staff should be fired ! And they are rat infested !!!!!!! How can I report these scammers?

They are money hungry!!! I have to pay 210 dollars for a hole at the bottom of a wall. It doesn’t cost over 200 dollars to fix a WALL. On top of that I just received a letter stating that I have to pay the amount 2 and a half weeks ago and Zakkiyah, already reported it to a debt collector agency, when it hasn’t been over 90 days. I wasn’t notified at all until 2 and a half weeks ago. Those apartments are so old and not worth the amount they charge to fix anything. All they do is paint over it and call it a day! Didn't like the vibe Should've had security at the entrance so cars want stop and block the only way in and out of complex, didn't go inside to much going on at once
The apartments are infested with bedbugs. When I moved into my apartment my living room furniture was brand new. Well shortly after moving in I noticed a small bug. When I found out they were bedbugs I went to the apartment manager. We started treatments to get rid of the problem but it only made it worse. * I had treatments from the time I moved in til the time I moved out and I was there for a couple years so you could only imagine my frustration.
