This company are totally useless… Taking monthly rent money off people but not fixing a damn thing before letting apartments out… My son has had to contact the landlord to get things fixed because this company are not at all bothered…just get that money. You treat your customers with utter disrespect.
Incompetence at its highest! Don't make the same mistake we did by renting with this company. I booked a time slot to collect the keys from Robins Estates' office, but when I arrived, no one was there at the scheduled time. After waiting, someone eventually turned up, only to hand me the wrong set of keys. Sadly, this was just the beginning of the incompetence we experienced throughout our entire year’s tenancy. DO NOT USE AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL Robins estates are unprofessional and are not fit for purpose. As landlords we have take three properties from them due to a number of issues ranging from withholding of client money, mismanagement of deposits, mis management of AST’s, wrongfully advertising available properties - to name a few. Just don’t bother. Have to give one star to enable the review to submit but it’s really zero!
