The staff was very friendly and efficient. I was told what the price would be for work done that day and it was not sugarcoated. They were very honest about it. I am so glad that my new insurance has them in network.
I was in between dental insurances and needed a new dentist. I called Robinson Dental & asked if they could pull a tooth of mine that was causing me a lot of pain the past 2 weeks. They offered me an appointment the next day (but I wouldn't have childcare lined up), so they scheduled me a couple days later. I have had a bad experience with my previous dentist, so I was on high alert and in lots of pain. I moved back home a year ago and had been searching for a Dentist for me and my kiddos. I searched who was in network with my insurance and I’m so glad out of all the choices available I chose Robinson Dental Group. The front office staff were super friendly and very welcoming. They Dr. and his back office crew took very good care of my kiddos. They made them feel safe and comfortable. Doc, the hygienist and assistant were very informative and explained procedures very clearly. 10/10 highly recommend Robinson Dental group.
Very friendly staff! Great customer service and staff very informative. I Had to reschedule and the staff was very easy to work with and very accommodating to my work schedule. I had an 8 am appointment and was pulled back very quickly. Super pleased with the whole experience and will be back every 6 months.
The entire Robinson Dental Group are very professional, courteous, caring. Not fond of dentist but my experience at Robinson Dental was exemplary. Thanks for a pleasant experience !
