First , their customer service is excellent. Dr. Robles and his staff take good care of you always. I had my teeth cleaned today and the Dental Hygienist is one of the bests that I have been to. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.
Everyone was super understanding and kind. I was in such a hurry to get out to pick up my son from school . They did the best they can to get me out. It was my first visit and I was able to meet Kenny Robles he was very friendly and easy to talk to. I was SO surprised he actually had the time to converse even if it was 2 min most doctors / dentist never care to know who you are. I appreciated that. I needed to get my wisdom tooth removed. Was trying to find a place until I was recommended this place. It was an amazing experience. They took care of me, helped me out with any concerns and questions that I had. Everybody was welcoming and nice. I highly recommend this place and I’m looking forward to finishing my wisdom tooth process here!
Maria the hygienist was wonderful in taking my x-rays and scans she knew exactly how to help me relax and she anticipated my mouth movements and kindly help me on concentrate on staying in the position to get accurate results on the x-rays and scans. Dr. Robles was very attentive to listening to me explain my systoms and my health history and he answered all my questions. Then he discussed a treatment plan for me and he explained it to me. Absolutely wonderful staff working here. I know there are many people out there who are scared to get dental work done including myself but stepping foot into Robles family dental was the best thing to do. Very friendly. Very comforting people. And they are very good at distracting you keeping up with good conversation to ease your nerves while work is being done. I will continue to come back for all work needed if need be.
