Worst contractor ever. Roc Service does not return calls. American Home Shield (AHS) does not support Roc services. AHS responded Roc has not completed this job and I am left to force Roc services to complete this work. His worker left my repair with holes, unsecured sheet metal and unsatisfactory work.

I hired Roc Services to clean my windows. It was done on a cloudy day, and on first glance appeared fine. The day after was sunny and every window looked awful and not cleaned well at all. There were at least 4 workers, most working with rags and not all of them using squeegees. To their credit, they did offer to return, but I lost faith in their ability as every window was cleaned poorly.

If I could give this contractor zero stars, I would. Engaging HSA to inspect our roof leak was a regrettable decision. I was expecting a professional service, especially as this came through a home warranty recommendation. Instead, I received a display of ineptitude, negligence, and sheer laziness. The inspection was hasty and superficial at best. Respectful, precise, fast, moved our furniture and back exactly as it was and did a fantastic job! Definitely recommend and will use again!! Thanks for such a great job!

Completely amazed by the work
