Super happy with Roc Services! The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and did a great job. Everything looks awesome, and the whole process was easy. I'll definitely use them again and highly recommend their services!
The team showed up daily on time and worked very hard while here. They accomplished everything promised in a timely manner and professionally. I was very happy with my end results and decided to book them for an even bigger project because of it!
I hired Roc Services to clean my windows. It was done on a cloudy day, and on first glance appeared fine. The day after was sunny and every window looked awful and not cleaned well at all. There were at least 4 workers, most working with rags and not all of them using squeegees. To their credit, they did offer to return, but I lost faith in their ability as every window was cleaned poorly.
Worst contractor ever. Roc Service does not return calls. American Home Shield (AHS) does not support Roc services. AHS responded Roc has not completed this job and I am left to force Roc services to complete this work. His worker left my repair with holes, unsecured sheet metal and unsatisfactory work.
Very informative, professional, knowledgeable and affordable… I am very happy and look forward to using his services again 😊
