Rochelle PLAZA These apartments are good The staff memebers are really nice But SOME apartments are kinda bad The walls and floors are ripping The plugs are broken The air conditioning is horrible When its hot outside the air barely gets any cold and when its barely any hot
Rochelle Plaza (NOT Place) Having lived here twice in the last three years, I can attest to this complex from two perspectives. The apartments are older and and about mid-range quality as far as Irving apartments go. For the price range, however, they are likely the best value for your money. The floors are nice woof-looking linoleum, but are as hard as cement, the pool is well-tended, there are charcoal grills, a sports court, a sand volleyball court and a nice playground ground for kids.
