Megan is amazing!!! She has been so incredibly helpful from day one! So polite and always kind and smiling. The office is beautifully kept and the public restroom. The entire facility is super clean and easy to navigate. Nothing bad to say whatsoever, my dad recommended this facility to us and we would highly recommend this to anyone as well!
We love this storage facility. We have had a couple different units here and many at other facilities locally. The units are clean, secure and easily accessible. We are confident we will keep our belongings here safely for a long time to come. Should be noted that the office manager Megan is exceptionally well prepared, informative and friendly. Thanks for keep our belongings safe and secure.
I was super pleased with Rock Creek storage. It was easy to reserve a storage unit. It was perfect for what I needed. Great price! Staff is super friendly. I definitely recommend and if I ever need storage again this is where I'm going.
I don't really leave reviews anywhere, but I wanted to get as many people as possible to know about Miss Megan over at Rock Creek storage. She is such a sweet young lady that consistently goes above and beyond to make me feel seen and heard for all my needs, and there have been many needs that came from my family and I. Not once did it ever feel like we were a bother or nuisance. I would and have recommend rock creek, but mostly Megan, to anyone needing storage. You really can't beat the customer service.
I tell you what this facility is doing it right! They picked the right one to run this place. That gal Megan is winner in my book. Constantly in a good mood, always ready to stop and help no matter the time of day. You can't beat the prices, security and customer service. Rock Creek is always the first place I recommend for anyone's storage needs.
