I had a cracked windshield on my Ford Bronco Sport and reached out to Rock Doc for help. From the start, Ray and his team were incredibly helpful and worked with me to come up with an affordable solution—even with the special features on my windshield. Amazing shop! They did such a great job on the car had to bring the truck. Rock chip repairs were quick and practically invisible. Nice clean shop & super nice people. Fun shop mascot too!
Had a great experience here! Happened to be in SLC and had a broken windshield. I checked with them for pricing which was comparable to others, but their customer service was outstanding, so a booked an appointment. They were able to get me right in and did a great job! They have small snacks, cold water, a TV, and a clean restroom! I had a windshield crack and need to be replaced. I wanted to support a local business and I am glad I found Rock Dock. They got me right in and they have the most amazing customer service. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Sometimes a windshield or glass repair can be stressful due to the cost but they make it less stressful and it was great to do business with a local small business.
Best customer service! Very nice and helpful easy to work with and get along with. Well done keep up the good work. Highly recommend this shop for glass work. My wife’s cars sunroof exploded on her while driving home from work and we took it to the rock doc and they vacuumed out all the glass and tape sealed it until they could get a replacement sunroof in and then installed it super fast it was super helpful and we never seemed to be short a car with how fast well they put the car back together
