The Rock Doc was an overall pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and they were able to get us in on short notice since we were visiting out of town. Before and after pictures of our star rock chip added at the end. They also have an arcade and a cool iguana
This is, without a doubt a top tier crew offering top tier service. I accidentally called them instead of Safelite and that was the happiest little accident I could have made. These guys quoted me a price far below Safelite, they made an appointment the next day. We're ready for me when I got there. Finished the work in 30 minutes. Holy Crap! Rock Doc is amazing!!!! Jamie helped us out, she was great. So smooth, insurance was able to cover it! By the time Jamie finished with insurance my windshield was already done! Justin worked the magic on the windshield. This is the only place!
5 stars doesn’t even come close to how amazing everyone at rock doc is! Firstly I want to thank everyone for the incredible craftsmanship and transparency on replacing my windshield I appreciate it. With all the new tech on cars nowadays, replacing a windshield is not as simple as cut out a giant piece of glass and put another one back on. Update: now 4 times in and the service & job is still just as great! Hate to admit we’ve had to come in 3 times in the last two months, but every time these guys do an incredible job. Especially with this last beast of a chip! They are fast, really good, and so helpful with all the insurance stuff. Will continue to come back if needed, but hopefully we’ll get a break from the rock chips for a a few months.
