5 stars doesn’t even come close to how amazing everyone at rock doc is! Firstly I want to thank everyone for the incredible craftsmanship and transparency on replacing my windshield I appreciate it. With all the new tech on cars nowadays, replacing a windshield is not as simple as cut out a giant piece of glass and put another one back on. Hate to admit we’ve had to come in 3 times in the last two months, but every time these guys do an incredible job. Especially with this last beast of a chip! They are fast, really good, and so helpful with all the insurance stuff. Will continue to come back if needed, but hopefully we’ll get a break from the rock chips for a a few months.
I had a cracked windshield on my Ford Bronco Sport and reached out to Rock Doc for help. Great customer service! Quick and efficient! Ray did a fantastic job with the rock chip repair and Jamie, at the front desk, was super friendly!
