Mike was our service representative, who greeted us immediately, with respect and professionalism! He told us to wait in the waiting room, where we would find water and coffee; that he would need one of us to sign for the service and he would come and get us. True to his word, he returned in about 5 minutes for a signature and told us it would take about an hour, to an hour and a half! We told him we were fine and will be waiting!
