I had an outstanding experience buying a car, no pressure, just easy. Salesman was Brad, SUPER chill guy, found what I needed - great guy! Then Tony, the finance guy was awesome & super patient (I'm talking having 3 bored and hungry children in his office playing with his printer kind of patience.) The staff was accommodating and friendly. Will be returning for business!
All I can say is I'm so sorry that I've ever bought in 3 cars from this place in the last 5 years I wished I had never met these people. There are some good people there don't get me wrong but for the overall part I wish I'd never bought a car here. You're supposed to get a link when they take your car back so you can see what's going on the last 2 times I've taken my car in there for an oil change I have not gotten that and both times they could not reset my odometer. I loved working with this dealership! I made an appointment to see a vehicle that I found online. They had it ready for me to test drive, and then the financing and overall buying process went smoothly and quickly. In total, we were out the door within 3 hours which is great for car buying, in my opinion. Tre was an awesome salesman to work with. He wasn’t pushy and listened to our wants. I will be referring family and friends when they’re in the market for a new vehicle!
We are pleased with the service that Karl Brooks provided. He went over the issues , explained the process, show the itemized bill, what is covered under the warranty and what we have to pay out of pocket. Great job!!!
Good experience. Sales Consultant Fares was great. Very personable and helpful. Sales Manager Claude was open and honest about what he could do in the way of a trade and discounts. Fun and engaging. Fares worked with us in several important ways. And we found ourselves driving away in a great looking, sturdy, smooth driving Frontier.
