High Five to Rockhill Nissan. Great Service. Very laid back atmosphere. Better Service then where I made my purchase. Appointment was set for 7 am. They told me 1.5 hours by 8 am I was out Great job. This wasn’t the first time they did great. Definitely will be back. Thanks Trinity and the service team.
I had the greatest experience purchasing my new vehicle from Rock hill Nissan. The process was painless, very fast (usually a purchase process takes I hours, was done in less than 3), & super professional. I felt like they left no stone unturned in making sure I was happy with the vehicle and got me the best rate ever. Amber Stoney is by far the best sales person I have ever dealt with!! If you need a good car, good service, & a good atmosphere with professionalism, then you need to go to rock hill Nissan and ask for Amber!
We bought a new car and had to have the battery charged 2 time in a week. We took it back to Rock Hill Nissan to find out what was causing the problem. Our service technician was Trinity and she was wonderful. She was in touch with me throughout the day and let me know when rhe car was ready with a new battery, we had to ask if it was alright to leave it overnight and she said fine. We were so happy with our tech and she even called next day to be sure we were happy with the service. We were Trinity she is great.
They showed me the car fax report that said the car was one owner and had been in an accident that resulted in minor cosmetic damage that had been professionally repaired so we agreed to buy it even with one headlight having fog in it. When I went through all the effort because of the “great deal” they gave me…..we’ll feel free to look at the pictures and decide for yourselves. Customer service was excellent I went in for what I wanted and walked out with the exact car I wanted. Interest was high but other than that overall great experience as always. Alias Miguel and David took very good care of me.
