I had the greatest experience purchasing my new vehicle from Rock hill Nissan. The process was painless, very fast (usually a purchase process takes I hours, was done in less than 3), & super professional. I felt like they left no stone unturned in making sure I was happy with the vehicle and got me the best rate ever. Amber Stoney is by far the best sales person I have ever dealt with!! If you need a good car, good service, & a good atmosphere with professionalism, then you need to go to rock hill Nissan and ask for Amber!

We had a great experience shopping for a new vehicle at Rock Hill Nissan. When we first arrived, their sales associate Elias greeted us with a big smile, and he was outstanding throughout. Elias was knowledgeable, patient, and professional. I didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase, which was a plus. Trinity at York Nissan Service Department was an excellent service rep. She greeted me warmly and got the started on my service requests. She kept me informed along the process. The noise that I wanted to hear them to check out turned out to be major. It was actually more than the truck was worth so she got me connected with the sales department to see my options. I was there most of the day and she checked on me before she left. I give her personally five stars.

I arrived a little early for the appointment and was taken right away. Friendly staff and amenities like bottled water and flavored coffee was available. as well as snacks and vending machines. i was informed process would take about an hour and a half up to 2 hours. and was done in that time frame. not disappointed at the least.

I recently visited your dealership for a service appointment, and I wanted to share my experience. The service itself was quick and completed as expected, which I truly appreciated. However, I do have one concern I’d like to bring to your attention. During my wait, I received a call from your team offering to purchase my vehicle and discuss options for buying a new one.
