Absolutely hands down the best experience I ever had. Alex did an amazing job, super fast, knowledgeable before and even after the sale. He definitely went the extra mile as he showed me the inside of the car and helped me hook my phone up to the vehicle. Nissan of rock hill is absolutely the best !!!

I really wish I could give zone stars! So I took my car to nissan February 5th 2026 for the ESC light and the check engine light! Well they called me the next day and said they found the problem Vacuum Pump! Well that wasn’t it! Doug at Nissan called and said that it needs a new motor and my warranty covered it! Good! Great let’s get it done! Well Doug texted me March 20 gave me the total I own that was for the diagnosis fee and for the Vacuum Pump which was wrong! High Five to Rockhill Nissan. Great Service. Very laid back atmosphere. Better Service then where I made my purchase. Appointment was set for 7 am. They told me 1.5 hours by 8 am I was out Great job. This wasn’t the first time they did great. Definitely will be back. Thanks Trinity and the service team.
Service rep, Mr. Garcia, extremely helpful, pleasant good knowledge of, Nissan product. Had to purchase a new tire as a nail went through into the sidewall. Did a price match for the tire, which saved me a few dollars although it did require three hours to get the tire placed on the vehicle. When I went out to get into my vehicle to leave, noticed a very white film all over the new tire was told this was from the machine that mounts the tire to the rim however, I would've thought that they would have at least washed it off. ... read more
