We really appreciate how close to us this place is. We don't always have to go to town to get the kids to an arcade so we have come here a lot. Every time we go, the kids working are always so helpful and attentive. They try to resolve issues quickly if games aren't in order and they're super patient when the kids are taking the time deciding their prizes for the day. We celebrated our daughter birthday here, eat and play it was fun for little ones. The milk shake, burger and fries not bad but then again its the Fun thats the reason why they smiling.
Don’t bother coming here for the DDR machine. Apparently recently updated, swiped my card and found all the old, original songs were gone. There were only maybe 7-10 songs on there, all of which I’ve never heard of in my lifetime of playing DDR. Also, the arcade tech who works there has a disgusting attitude. I asked at the counter what happened to the DDR machine, they tell me the tech who was standing behind me had just updated it. This place is really good I recommend it if you wanna win lots of prizes and have lots of fun and it's not crowded or anything you can really breath and the managers really nice I recommend it 110%!
Their food is good, but every time I've been here, I'll wait at the door for longer than I'd like to admit. It's always the same guy busting his butt to take care of their customers, and the food may or may not take long to get to you. The arcade is great and pretty up to date. It's just a very inconsistant experience, but we go there because it is cleaner than our beloved Fun Factory (RIP).
