Updated comment: Just had a consultation yesterday everyone was friendly and professional. Today I had my surgery and it was also great. I currently have Medicaid because I didn’t sign up for my company insurance in time. I went to another surgeon per my referral at 2 medical park drive (Legacy) who would not help me because I have Medicaid. Dr. Riley at Legacy said a wisdom tooth cannot cause numbness and told me I may have multiple sclerosis. Thankfully Dr Logan at Rockcliff treated me like a person, and not a paycheck. I ... read more
I highly recommend Dr Logan. He and his staff are efficient and his treatment room is comfortable. Got my wisdom teeth out today and they cut and stitched my inner cheek without disclosing it was my cheek being stitched and cut instead of my tooth hole. Everything else was mostly good would’ve appreciated a, “Hey got your cheek so sorry about that it will not affected healing or post op!” Doctor seemed chill 1/5
I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Logan in roughly 30 min with only local anesthesia. The staff helping him were very friendly and explained everything well. I had originally setup the appointment with their Hendersonville location and they did not quote me for insurance there. However, the front office here quoted me 50%, so it ended up being much cheaper.
