Dr. Blackburn, Miss Jasmin, Miss Gina and ALL the ladies that work the front office deserve 10 stars. The level of care, professionalism and compassion they showed my husband is heart warming. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Logan in roughly 30 min with only local anesthesia. The staff helping him were very friendly and explained everything well. I had originally setup the appointment with their Hendersonville location and they did not quote me for insurance there. However, the front office here quoted me 50%, so it ended up being much cheaper.
This team of doctors and direct support is top notch. I was outsourced by the VA to have surgery on an impacted wisdom tooth, and they were gracious enough to push the va for better anesthesia due to 3 wisdom teeth and location. Most importantly the doctor and dental assistant went the extra mile to articulate to the VA why I need an implant that I’ve desperately asked for but denied. The location is on a key chewing area. Great folks will always go back if given a chance.
For-profit healthcare should be illegal. I just lost my house to hurricane Helene and have nothing left yet they have the nerve to over charge me thousands for simple dental procedures, and the payment plans are abysmal with high interest rates and no other options other than paying thousands up front. They charged me much more than I make monthly and then tell me I have 2 weeks to pay them. And this is immediately after I just lost my home and everything I own to natural disaster. The office staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were very impressed with Dr Warren as he and his assistant were very cordial and professional. My husband stated he has never visited a nicer dental office! Amazing atmosphere!
