All of the staff is thoroughly professional and extremely friendly. They bent over backwards to make both my wife and I comfortable. Our separate procedures were thoroughly explained beforehand. Dr. Hayes has a laid back but confident air about him which goes a long way towards making one feel extremely comfortable. I was very impressed with his handling of my procedure. His O.R. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The entire process was seamless and quick. I’m very happy with the entire experience.
Every staff member is so competent. Their calm and compassionate approach to patient care impressed me. High anxiety patients are easily accommodated with kindness. Dr. Hayes is as calm and kind a surgeon you will ever meet. If you must have oral surgery, this is the place.
Dr. Hayes did a phenomenal job with my wisdom teeth removal! Very in depth instructions in the prep and recovery of the process. He and the staff made sure I felt comfortable before my procedure and gave great in depth instructions after to ensure that things would go as smoothly as possible. This place is awesome! Would highly recommend RockCliff Sylva! :)

Such nice and professional office!! They were so Informative and helpful and answered all of our questions and even gave us paperwork to look over so I could remember everything we talked about. Will definitely be recommending to others in need of a oral surgeon!
