We went in for a wisdom teeth consultation. We really like Dr Lane and her staff. She was very thorough, answered all our questions. Also liked all the staff front the check in process to check out and scheduling surgery Everyone was super nice and helpful , didn’t feel rushed Great experience!
Dr Burgeon is nothing short of PHENOMENAL! He brought an end to over a year of pain & endless visits to doctors who didn’t help, only made my issue worse. Dr Burgeon did surgery on my neck & within a few days after surgery I felt better. Just had a check up & everything still looks great. Quick scheduling of appointment. No wait time in waiting room. The front office staff are very warm and friendly which makes things a lot more bearable during a potentially stressful situation. The dental assistants are very kind and professional. The best part of the practice is being seen by Dr. Lane. Dr Lane and the staff at Rockcliff Vanderbuilt were great! Top notch. The billing department?... no so much! I called regarding a billing discrepancy. The person answering the phone indicated she would have her "manager" return my call to discuss. The manager never returned my call. I called back twice only to receive a VM message indicating they were either with another client or unavailable. I left messages each time. No one ever returned my calls. The Dr and Staff were very considerate and friendly. I felt like the doctor’s assistant really listened to me. Now I have a good plan to get my teeth repaired!
