Dr Burgeon is nothing short of PHENOMENAL! He brought an end to over a year of pain & endless visits to doctors who didn’t help, only made my issue worse. Dr Burgeon did surgery on my neck & within a few days after surgery I felt better. Just had a check up & everything still looks great. From the moment I entered the office and met with the receptionist, then the oral surgeon assistant, Dr. Lane, and the financial officer, my experience was the best I ever had. Had an amazing experience with the staff! Very welcoming, thorough, and helpful through the process of getting all four of my wisdom teeth removed. The atmosphere was comforting, I did not even realize I was in the room I was to be operated in! I chose to go with IV sedation, so the surgery itself was a breeze. As soon as they pushed the meds, I was out until shortly after the procedure ended. Post operative instructions were very clear and informative. Excellent experience! The staff greeted us promptly upon arrival, were courteous and helpful with our questions. Dr. Hayes saw me on time, discussed xrays, findings, answered our questions regarding medication conflicts and recommended treatment. Will wait to be notified regarding scheduling surgery.
