Quick scheduling of appointment. No wait time in waiting room. The front office staff are very warm and friendly which makes things a lot more bearable during a potentially stressful situation. Dr Burgeon is nothing short of PHENOMENAL! He brought an end to over a year of pain & endless visits to doctors who didn’t help, only made my issue worse. Dr Burgeon did surgery on my neck & within a few days after surgery I felt better. Just had a check up & everything still looks great. My husband recently had some dental procedures done by Dr. Jennifer Lane at Rockcliff Oral, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Dr Lane and the staff at Rockcliff Vanderbuilt were great! Top notch. The billing department?... no so much! I called regarding a billing discrepancy. The person answering the phone indicated she would have her "manager" return my call to discuss. The manager never returned my call. I called back twice only to receive a VM message indicating they were either with another client or unavailable. I left messages each time. No one ever returned my calls. Worst experience of my life for myself and my daughter. Dr. Lane is nothing short of arrogant, entitled and judgmental. She twisted my minor child’s words and said she couldn’t do the surgery due to a seizure disorder that isn’t real, has never been recorded. No doctor has ever said my daughter has seizures or any disorder. And if they are taking medical backgrounds from children instead of parents then why was I even required to be there?
