Dr. Consky was great! He was very thorough and explained the procedure(wisdom teeth extraction)to my children so that they could understand and feel comfortable about what to expect. Staff was friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful in scheduling our next visit.
My 13yo needed a consultation for his wisdom teeth. When I scheduled his appt the lady I spoke with was so sweet and answered all my questions! At our appt, Dr Consky and his staff was amazing. Dr Consky explained everything very well. He spoke directly to my child as well as myself. He answered all questions I had and then we were sent to Jana the billing/scheduling lady. We had a great experience at Rockcliff Oral Surgery. The surgical assistant DeOnna explained everything so clearly and competently, and her friendly approach went a long way toward reassuring us that we were in good hands. Dr. Warren's work was careful and precise, and even Abby at the checkout desk was clear and friendly in her communication.
The only reason I'm giving four stars, instead of five, it's because I want to wait to see how the aftercare goes. I had two teeth pulled today and the dentist and staff are extremely patient and caring. I was so nervous and then after it was over with I realized I had no reason to be nervous. I would definitely recommend this office.
great staff, put my nerves to ease and were so gentle with me talking me through everything and making sure i was comfortable before my surgery. couldn’t have asked for a better or friendlier staff! everyone was so amazing❤️
