This was my first visit, the evaluation for a more demanding extraction. Although the actual extraction is not until a few days away, here is my first impression. Staff were courteous and professional. Dr Chomsky was very upbeat, answered my questions well and obviously enjoyed his work. From the front desk to the doctor and Amy, his assistant to Jana, the insurance person—it was a very gratifying experience.
It was great to get a same day appointment as a new patient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Conski was exceptional he listened to my concerns and recognized my high risk for oral surgery, put together a plan made recommendations for general dentistry and comprehensive treatment plan from a restorative dentist.
From top to bottom every employee we interacted with was exemplary at Rockcliff. From the front desk to the dental assistant to the oral surgeon himself to the woman who helped with scheduling the procedure to be done exhibited different levels of competency at their particular facets of the business. All of them were uniformly pleasant, coloring the practice with a very reassuring and human ambiance. I usually strongly dislike dentists and they collectively make me nervous. Not so here. Waited almost one hour with no word from any staff. Finally walked out along with one other client. Listening to feedback from others in the waiting room, and from other reviews, this is common practice. The office appears to have a factory mentality from listening to everyone involved. How they get good reviews is hard to believe. Buyer beware.
