I will never ever rent from this man again. He was so strict with the rental property rules and the rental home( as if its a mansion). He does not want police called to his rental property so it won't affect his business. He is not a friendly or respectful man to deal with - he has split personalities and is a money hungry gambler. I rented a duplex from Steve on 11/06/2022. The rent was $1400 plus bills. When I moved in, they gave me a form to fill out listing any damages or repairs that needed to be made. Well, there were several damages to the walls. Big holes so I listed I needed those holes in the wall to be repaired so that I could hang my TV up above the fireplace.
