The HOA at Woodchase Apartments is an absolute joke and it all starts with the onsite manager named Karen. She is the most rude, disrespectful, unsympathetic person I have ever met. I had a problem concerning my condo so I first tried to contact them by phone. They do not answer calls and take weeks to get back to you if at all. When I did speak to Karen on the phone, she hung up on me and refused to answer or call back. I tried to go in person to their so called "office" and no one was there during business hours. On Thursday I Had my car towed by the HOA because my car wasn't registered with the office. The catch is my car is on a temporary movers permit and I currently don't have plates for it. When I went into the office on Thursday the one and only lady that runs the office is on vacation and her hours are only Monday-Thursday 8am-12pm and I am told to come back in on Monday by the maintenance lady as she actually held a concern and didn't understand why my car was towed. This property was a beautiful stay for me and my furry ones the last 2 years I've been here. The property is well maintained and the people are very friendly. Great community for your friends, family, and furry friend.
The HOA and management is horrible. They hire cheap companies, like the one they got to replace our sidewalk removed it and used flimsy boards that didn't reach all the way as the temp walkway and took a full week to come and do anything else. My apartment is no where never worth what we're paying and the amenities we "pay" for aren't worth what we pay. The pool used to be heated not anymore to cut costs though they raise rent anyway and it's only open for like 2 months! It's 80-90⁰ but they wont open until July and they clo... read more
Great place to live. Clean and convenient. Great location. Pretty quiet. There's only one maintenance guy for the whole property, which is huge, so you don't usually get stuff addressed quickly but thats understandable when it's not an emergency and the office is only open Monday through Friday so if you need something on the weekends you gwt an answering service.
