I've never been one to make reviews, but I have to in this case. I own an event venue located in the Bronx. The prior owners have a tainted background with the community board and the SLA. Mr. Rodriguez was very transparent on the difficulties I was facing obtaining a license. He carefully walked me through the whole process. As a result, I now have my license.
