I went in to have my ring sized, and see if they could mail it to me because we moved. The ladies there were very nice. They let me know the charge to ship my ring, and let me know it could be two weeks before I recieved my ring. They called to keep me updated on the progress, the also called to let me know my ring was shipped, and they emailed me the tracking number. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers!! I believe it was the manager who helped me with a necklace. It was a gift and the timeline she quoted for the order was spot-on. She emailed me when she shipped it to my friend and my friend received it a couple of days later.

I was promised if I pay for my items to get expedited that I would receive it the next day and it was my daughter‘s birthday and I did not receive it. I told her that if I could not receive it the next day to let me know cause I would go somewhere else to buy one and she promised that I would get it the next day. I had to ask for my money back and my daughter did not get a necklace for her birthday.
