I brought a watch that had a lot of sentimental value to me in for repair. They were able to get it repaired in a reasonable amount of time. They explained the watch would need to go to the factory in Switzerland for the repair and that it would depend on how fast they were able to repair the watch. I now have it back and it looks just as good as it did when it was new. I very happy with my results.

I bought a diamond and emerald ring from the Greenwood Indiana store. I love my ring. I have talked to customer service on a couple different occasions. Never had any problem. I had taken out a lifetime protection on my jewelry and I am glad I did, One of the emeralds fell out. I took it to the store, they sent it for repair. The repair did take a little bit longer than I though it would but I got my ring back, and it is just as beautiful as ever. No charge to me.
