RecommendedThe saleslady was very informative and very nice. She explained about the product, how repairs (if needed) were handled and offered to set the info on the watch. She let us know there was a military discount. Pleasant experience, no pressure.

RecommendedI brought a watch that had a lot of sentimental value to me in for repair. They were able to get it repaired in a reasonable amount of time. They explained the watch would need to go to the factory in Switzerland for the repair and that it would depend on how fast they were able to repair the watch. I now have it back and it looks just as good as it did when it was new. I very happy with my results.

RecommendedI bought a diamond and emerald ring from the Greenwood Indiana store. I love my ring. I have talked to customer service on a couple different occasions. Never had any problem. I had taken out a lifetime protection on my jewelry and I am glad I did, One of the emeralds fell out. I took it to the store, they sent it for repair. The repair did take a little bit longer than I though it would but I got my ring back, and it is just as beautiful as ever. No charge to me. I paid quite a bit of money on a engagement ring from here for my fiancé, we then came back in , chose a band and the wedding ring, we left everything to be sent off and put together. We were told this process was 14 weeks at the most and that was being dramatic. This company has become more concerned with making a quick buck than upholding it’s commitment to customers. We will no longer patronize this establishment for new jewelry purchases. (Including Ashcroft & Oak as they are they same company.)
