Janessa and the rest of the Rosedale team were so helpful with our jewelry purchases leading up to our wedding day in September. We have bought many Items of Jewlery from Rogers & Holland's and love everything. Prices are reasonable there help are hepfull but not pushy which I like. There Jewlery is good quality. We will continue to be purchasing more Jewlery in the near future.

My husband brought my ring in to be inspected. It was found to have a loose stone due to the overall gold wearing down over the past 19 years. We were not up to date with 6 month checks due to the pandemic and multiple stores closing near us. They told my husband that they would not honor the warranty due to being late and wanted to charge us $500 to fix the ring that costed us $600 originally! This is the SECOND TIME THE PRONG BROKE! I can hardly even wear my $600 ring because it breaks and loosens. Not to mention the jeweler who helped me and my fiancé failed to direct us to other FOREVER RINGS! I’m very very very upset! The quality of my “engagement” ring is highly disappointing... Today I was insulted at the Rogers & Hollands jewelry store in Rosedale Mall. About two to three months ago (before my Dad passed away), I took the watch my father gave me to the jewelry store to be repaired. It required them to send it out and would cost me $100 to repair. I told them that the price was fine because the watch was special to me.
