Amazing staff and service. Every interaction with employees has been transparent, personal, and never short of excellent. They made purchasing an engagement ring as stress-free as possible, and offered a comprehensive overview of multiple options. Never did I feel that I was being coerced into purchasing anything. Rather, the staff made it their mission to provide me with as much information on diamonds as possible i.e. color, clarity, cut, and carat size. Me and my wife really like the Roseville Store , from day one we were treated with great service we had all questions answered & needs met ,Lauren was a really nice person to shop with she exceeded what we look for in a jeweler.We'll be back soon!!

I recently bought a watch here and the service was great. The watch wasn't in stock and I was leaving town. Vanessa assured me she could have it for me before I left, and she did. She even called a couple of times to keep me posted. Awesome place and employees.

My fiancé and I had an excellent experience with Janessa while shopping for engagement rings! She as very knowledgeable and personable, and helped put us at ease when we had no clue what we even wanted. She made us laugh and feel comfortable and confident with our decision, totally recommend!

I have been buying from Rogers and Hollands for over 11 years. It started with an engagement ring for my wife and ultimately her wedding ring. We have upgraded it several times and the service continues to be great! Over the last 4 years we have been working with Janessa. She was the manager at the Maplewood store when we went there, and she did so well we followed her to the Mall of America when she became the manager there. This is the best jeweler. They have lifetime warranties that you can buy with your jewelry and then you don't have to worry about inspections. But you can take your rings in anytime for check ups and to make them sparkling clean. Janessa is really awesome. She helped my husband pick out my engagement/wedding ring and she has helped me buy other jewelry too.

I went in to get my ring reshaped after it being badly bent. I was greeted promptly after entering by a friendly woman. When I asked how much it would be she took and and started working on it. In less than 2 minutes she gave it back and said not to worry about it. Friendly, quick and ended up being a free repair. Great experience here.
