I broke my ring finger (for the second time) and had to have my three rings cut off. I brought them in to be melded back together. They did an awesome job and they look as good as new. Thank you.

I have been buying from Rodgers & Hollands for several years. Fine quality jewelry with reasonable pricing and they always back what they sell. More importantly to me though is recently I needed help with a watch not purchased from them. Yet my needs were met with open smiles and a team effort to fix my girlfriends' watch. Bonnie is absolutely awful to work with. She is very condescending in her tone. I work at a jewelry store, so I get to see my diamond under a microscope weekly, so I noticed that I have cracked my diamond.I know when there is something there that wasn't there before. She was not empathetic at all and was very dismissive. The other employees weren't that great either. No one bothered to take tools to feel that my diamond was indeed rough and catching in spots. Not impressed already, bought my husband's watch there, guy couldn't get links out. finally someone was able to do it over 2 hours later.... I bought my ring from there, i was told it would be ready for pickup in 2 weeks.. I get a call the night before stating my ring won't be ready for an additional 2 weeks because the person couldn't do the sizing change so they had to send it somewhere else... you can't tell me they made the Decision that day and couldn't call me before 6 pm the night before I'm suppose to pick it up. On top of already losing 5 diamonds on the wedding ring/bands that were purchased in less than a year, I signed up for the 0% financing and was never told that the full balance needed to be paid off before the promo end date, otherwise I would be charged all accrued interest to that point. All the sales rep told me was to pay more than the minimum payment if I could. She was not up front with me and I almost take that as false advertising. I haven't even had my ring for 5 years yet and I have had diamonds fall out countless times.. My husband paid for the lifetime warranty and they keep replacing the diamonds but do nothing for the inconvenience. The last time a diamond fell out they sent it out to be replaced and had it for 5 weeks.. Here we are 5 weeks later and another diamond is out!
