I love all there jewelry here and everyone is great here i loved it so much i had to work here

The associates at Rogers & Hollands jewelers has been anything but integral. Over a month ago I took a very expensive ring to the Cherryvale mall store to have it sized. I was quoted a price for the service by two associates both store managers. I agreed to pay the price quoted to me, l signed the receipt and left. Later that week one of the managers called me and said the jeweler needed more money for the sizing, I was completely surprised by the call and I felt like I was being extorted by gangsters. I’ve had nothing but problems with Rogers and Holland’s. First it took almost 2 months to get my ring in after ordering. Then I lost a diamond in less than 4 days. Got it repaired, Got it back in 2 weeks. Now I am missing another diamond 2 days later. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Employees lie and don’t track inspections. Now they want $138 to repair a ring that should have been covered under a warranty I paid for. Avoid this dishonest store.

Went to have my husbands watch sized, willing to pay to have it done, and the rude sales representatives asked if we bought it there. When saying we didn't, she shook her head no and stated they didn't have the right tools, without even seeing the watch. Wow!! Rude and dishonest! Will never buy anything there again!
