Jeanne is amazing! We went into the store looking for wedding bands. Once we found his, he told her what he was looking for to accompany my engagement ring. She did not miss, but found the perfect vintage style insert. I can't express how wonderful the whole experience was. If I ever need another piece of jewelry I'll be back to see her.
The staff was great and so nice and patient. It took us almost two hours to pick something out. But it was worth the wait for sure! And the fact they have someone to come in and size right in the store! I got to bring this beauty the same day!!
I live over an hour away from this location but I am happy to make the drive for the exceptional customer service and repair this location offers! The repair service is the best I’ve ever had and I’ve lost diamonds out of my rings, had them off center, dinged and dented and my ring ALWAYS comes back looking brand new. I cannot recommend this jeweler enough.
