I would leave a zero star review if it was an option. I purchased a ring from roger and hollands with the warranty. The stones fall out regularly, I have had it serviced multiple times (more than 6) and each time they have the ring at least 6 weeks. At this point they have it almost as much as I do. Do yourself a favor and purchase from somewhere that has a jeweler on-site like shane co.
