Huge shout out to the staff at Rogers & Hollands! The manager was able to find the perfect wedding ring to match my unique engagement ring. Both staff present last night were friendly and helpful! We will be recommending and visiting them for all our jewelry needs!

South County is my new go to jeweler! Incredible selection and the very best staff! Rose spent as much time with us as we needed! Such a pleasant girl to work with! I will make sure to see her to help me every time I come in. One very important aspect about this jeweler, the “other” ones have you buy a protection plan but you have to take your jewelry in every six month to be inspected and get a signature that all was ok in order for your protection plan to be in affect! I love the quality of our jewelry, the fact our In House credit is directly through Rogers & Holland’s and the best part is our life time warranty!!!

Would not back up the warranty we purchased. said we were told the wrong thing by their employee when we purchased. Not our fault their employee didn’t know the correct information and they wouldn’t stand behind what employee said. Will never shop here again as can’t trust anything they said and won’t stand behind anything. What a joke and waste of money. Spare yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. Disgusting business practices! Zero concern for their customers, only the bottom line. Instead of honoring a lifetime warranty, they took an insurance payout, destroyed a wedding band, and lied about it for two months. Stay away from these scumbags!

These guys took my sister's wedding ring in for a repair, and then destroyed it when the cost to repair was higher than the value of the ring. They did not ask my sister if that's what she wanted, and she had purchased the lifetime warranty. Never do business with these shady characters.
