Efficient, right on time and very thorough. The work was perfect and I would definitely recommend Rolands to all my friends and family. The logistics were handled by Candace and Melissa. They helped me step by step arranging with my insurance which was kind of difficult but because of their time and effort we got her done as they say. Huge shout out to Melissa for making it all possible for us, 55+, to get a new roof! She helped expedite the HOA approval and always went above & beyond! Her crew was very professional. I had seen quite a few roofers in my community and was not impressed with how they presented their companies. Roland’s Roofing installed new 6” seamless gutters for a home I purchased, and they look great! There were a couple of hiccups with scheduling someone to come out for an estimate, but I cut them some slack because they are a family-owned company and that’s important to me. We were referred by a friend & met with Daniel. He inspected our roof & answered our questions & concerns. Since we have solar panels, we did have additional questions about certifications of solar company. Daniel advised us to contact Melissa, their office manager. Melissa questioned why were asking about solar company but finally provided the information we requested. Then the hard selling from her started.
