On a Sunday afternoon my AC system stop working and after researching AC repair companies through the internet within 30 minutes I was contacted by Mr. David Rivera from Efficient Home Solutions. Mr. Rivera was very cordial and answered all my questions to include hypothetical fixes and possible repair cost. Awesome service. I’m an engineer and can usually tell when I’m being snookered with an attempted upsell. The tech was honest, informative and very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and answered my questions kindly and accurately. He absolutely did only what was necessary to ensure our A/C was back up and running, double checking to make sure. I really appreciated the whole approach. EHS has earned a loyal customer! I highly recommend them.
If you’re looking to stay cool this summer we HIGHLY recommend Efficient Home Solutions! David and Art and the whole team were so helpful throughout this process! today, I called EHS for their $49. tune up and was told they do not service 75227 area, yet they have/had an office on Central Expressway in Dallas.. I would say do not use this company. take your business some place else.
Efficient Home Solutions is, one of the best companies I have ever dealt with! They have come to my rescue for the past three summers; all on weekends and holidays. When my outside unit went out last year, they put in another one on the 4th of July. This year my inside unit went out and I couldn't afford another until. They worked with me througout the summer until they were able to find me a solution.
