I would like to thank Roman Floors for another job well done! Roman Carpet have done at least 4 or 5 carpet install jobs and always consistent and quality work. Last their carpet installer Mike is an asset and does an amazing job with carpet installations. I would recommend Roman Floors.

It is an absolute pleasure for me to share the phenomenal experience I had with Roman Floors & Remodeling. Customer service from sales to installation was excellent and professional. Saleslady Miriam was always pleasant and accommodating; and on the day of installation, Mike and Louis showed up on time and carefully moved my furniture and removed the old carpet and overly worn padding before installing my BEAUTIFUL new carpet!!! Please take pictures of the carpet, padding, or tile (everything) of everything to be installed before you leave the store. I had the carpet installed a month ago. When the carpet was being installed I called and told her it was the wrong carpet. When she can to check on the work, I told her then it was the wrong carpet. She said no, it was the lighting, it's the right carpet. She stated she check it herself before it left the warehouse. I went to the store and spoke with ***, who said it was the wrong carpet. Awful company. They are professional LIARS. Do not contact them, I am preparing to take legal action against them. Everything they did had to be redone. They promise you contractors are coming, but never show up. O wish I would have researched them better. Please. Please, beware!

BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FULL OF SCAMMERS. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A 0 STAR I WOULD. These people take you money and never show up. They call you on every appointment and make up excuses. You take off work and waste your time sitting around and they are no call no show. THEY DID THIS TO ME 4 TIMES. Their FB site is full of complaints actually the same exact complaints. Why this company still had an A- rating is beyond me! It should be a BIG F! If I could give this company 0 stars, I would! They were contracted to us through another company. Original carpet install date was a Friday afternoon. Called that morning to reschedule for the next day, 10am. 11am, no show. Called office, said the contractors were running late and were on their way to pick up supplies, promised the work would be done by 2:30 because we had somewhere to be.
