So I really wanted to love this place… and I do BUT! I was in the mood for pizza and ordered their 16” meat lovers. Well, it turns out that the online menu is no longer accurate. The largest pizza they now serve is 14 inches. The pizza itself was not bad, but it wasn’t great. I didn’t walk out of there thinking I would ever crave coming back just for pizza. I dont even know where to begin except with the staff. Merari was truly the best ever! We appreciate her taking amazing care and actual kindness and concern in our Anniversary night! The next best thing is the food.. WOW! So good and really suprised honestly. Then there is the restroom( girls will definitely appreciate it) Love the t.p. and the smell.. keep it up Roma's. They make a really good Espresso martini's. You got something good going! We will 100% be back!

My wife ordered the espresso martini and it was super sweet. I ordered a red wine quality could be better. The poor was great. The bread and oil were phenomenal. My wife had the Bill Parmesan she loved it. I thought it was a little overcooked. I ordered the lobster ravioli again. I thought it was overcooked, but the sauce had amazing flavor. The service was on point from the time we walked in to the time we left

I'd say it is between the larger and smaller Italian restaurants, and it fits the space well. I dropped the atmosphere to 4 stars only because downstairs seating felt a bit cramped, especially when larger groups of patrons showed up. Upstairs outdoors seating wasn't checked out. Bar seating with plenty of wall monitors for those who need that kind of thing. The service was very good. We ate here twice while visiting Waxahachie. We started off with the bruschetta, bread, and the pink sauce. Highly recommend the pink sauce! The bread was addicting. We had Fettuccine Alfredo, lasagna and chicken parmigiana. The food was all so, so delicious!! Ingredients all tasted fresh and seasoned well. They serve Coke Zero too which is a plus in my book. The staff were friendly and attentive! I wish I had taken more photos but the first time we had just arrived in town and we were hungry!!
