ess careless careless 15 years as a law officer an now im forced into early retirement. this doc doesn't take accountability for his failures. I kept telling him I had major pain and problems. He Never wanted to order second mri to expose his failure in surgury. Keep away from him. He won't do anything to help. Got second option an of course he left me worst then I allready was. For your family health an wellness STAY AWAY

I had no expectations, I did not read his reviews, but I was impressed with Rachel’s careful directions. I have been working on ACCEPTANCE. Then, I saw how hard his nurse worked to get my surgery scheduled at Summit Surgery, and simultaneously meet the demands of my insurance! The care at Summit was exceptional, like his skilled surgical staff. Great anesthesiologist, nurses, and BEST OF ALL HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I was stunned silent by my post op images! Perfection! My son fell and broke a bone in his femur/hip area. He was taken to St. Agnes ER. Dr. Castenguay was called to do the surgery, which he did. My son was admitted to the hospital and was there for 11 DAYS. Dr. Castenguay DID NOT COME 1TIME TO CHECK THE INCISION. He was sent home which home nurses sent pictures of the incision which had opened up, oozing pus and had become infected. He did not see him at that time either but ordered antibiotics. I was very disapointed in the overall service. I was a horrible experience from the start. The staff was rude and entitled, and it took almost a month just to get an appointment. Once I was given an appointment, the staff lost my records and when questioned, was very forceful and dismissive in requesting that these needed to filled out again.
