I was taken to the ER at Broward Health after a fall. After several xrays and scans, I asked to see my Dr who was Ronald Pham @ 7 am. At 8:00 he sent a resident who told me that all tests were negative-nothing broken only bruises. I waited all day to see Dr Pham. The nurses paged him several times. The nurses were sympathetic and verified the fact that I was not seriously injured. At 5:00 pm, after waiting in the ER for 9 hours I still had not seen Dr Pham and signed myself out of the ER. Dr Pham is unfortunately not particularly friendly nor interested in his patients. He's been my primary care physician for a couple years, and in all the times I've seen him, he's always seemed in a rush to get in an out, didn't really listen to my concerns, and ultimately was unable to provide any information or actually diagnose anything. I'm switching providers soon and would recommend new patients look elsewhere for any serious healthcare management needs.
He is in Coral Springs. Went to him one time he took the place of a physician I had seen for over 20 years who retired. Interview was fine. I showed him the medications that the retired doctor had prescribed. I only need one refill. I usually obtain a 90 day order with one refill. He said he would do it and would review my retired doctors note. It took a few days for order to be escribed. He reduced my medication without telling me and only gave me one 99 day supply with no refills. Very disappointing
