He took the time to comfort me after my husband had just passed and he was very compassionate. When it comes to medications, he explains Things in the language, I understand and allows me to make my own decisions.
Dr. Rempfer really listens to you and cares about your needs. He personalizes each visit and never rushed me not once. I would recommend him to anyone.
I really enjoy my visits with Dr. Rempfer. He is helpful and direct with I enjoy. I came to him with a problem, he listened to me, then we discussed a solution that works. I will continue to see him!

I would recommend this doctor to any parent whose looking for someone to put there child on medicine. He listens very well and offers you other medicines that might be good to recommend for your needs.
The office staff scheduling the appointment honestly seem like they just can't be bothered. Customer Service is a bare minimum, not even a thank you once you've scheduled the appointment. Dr. Rempfer on the other hand is just an OK doctor and seems to show empathy when you can be seen. He only sees patients over telehealth. If you're looking for psychiatric help, I implore you to look elsewhere. I have never had such overwhelmingly negative experiences with a mental health center. Dr. Rempfer refused to speak to me AT ALL unless it was during a scheduled appointment. Urgent issue? Too bad. Call 911 or get another doctor. I also did not schedule a follow up on time (totally my fault) and he refused to give me a partial refill so I wouldn't go into withdrawal for the two weeks until our appointment.
